Lake Moogerah Caravan Park – Facilities Upgrade

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Facilities upgrades at Lake Moogerah Caravan Park.  The scope of works includes the following:

• Construct new main amenities block
• Construction of new camp kitchen
• Demolition of the existing amenities
• Install an upgraded electrical distribution network
• Complete Civil Works for Utilities area including;
  • Bulk earthworks to fill the redundant effluent dam and regrade area;
  • Form the remaining turnaround/hardstand area; and
  • Establish turf and landscaping.

Stirloch is the principal contractor undertaking co-ordination and delivery of works across numerous disciplines including building, civil and electrical.   The campground must remain open for the duration of the works and the impact to facility users minimised.
