Coombabah WWTP – Bioreactor Upgrade

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Construction of a 20 ML Post-tensioned bioreactor at the Coombabah Waste Water Treatment Plant. The external walls of the reactor were built insitu, however the internal chambers were made of precast element fabricate onsite, with insitu infills poured after erection of the walls panels. This process allowed for significant time saving as all internal walls were fabricated whilst the external walls were being built.
