PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Waste Water Treatment Plants

This design and construction contract of the new secondary clarifier at the Bribie Island Waste Water Treatment plant.  The project involved the demolition and removal of an existing clarifier which had floated during maintenace, Construction of the replacement clarifer which included extensive dewatering and piles to hold down the new structure. The scope also included the refurbishment of clarifers 2 and 3, new balance tanks, pumps stations as well new roadworks, electrical works, control systems and commissioning of the plant
