The Moranbah WTP upgrade included the construction of a 15 ML reservoir, pipework, roadworks, chemical dosing systems and associated electrical works.  During the tender phase, Stirloch offered an alternative design which presented the client with both time and cost advantages and consisted of the re-design and construct of a precast post tensioned reservoir
